We are absolutly devistated by this.We want a full refund please! This trophy was to go to my sister who has worked 40 years as a nurse and is still serving today. She is working night and day many hours try to help others fight for their lives and their safety against the Corona Virus. We cant give her a chipped trophy this would not be right. We employ you to act in good faith and please replace this item ASAp.

This came in the mail very fast and what a cool crystal award. Everyone thought it looked beautiful and my professor was brought to joy when the class gave it to her.

It was exactly what my family and I wanted as a gift for a very talented young man we all love! Since his dream is also to be a world traveler in the future made this award even more appropriate!

The product arrived well packed and in a great case to present it to the winner in. The engraving met my expectations and the award itself exceeded my expectations. It was a two piece crystal award with the earth fully engraved and the pillar engraved with the information. The award recipient was very happy and excited to receive such a nicely presented and designed award. The telephone staff were very helpful and they helped me get it expedited for the event.

Beautiful, stunning... Came promptly in perfect condition. Be careful Earth is free standing though, don't give to a clumsy emoloyee!
