I bought the 'Only Frame Variant'. The packaging was comparatively super small but ofcourse heavy.Did assembly by myself as i'm a designer already but newbies may need another helping hand. The instructions in the manual are graphical and very easy to follow.After assembly the entire setup looks and feels solid. (See attached pics) Below are a few pros and cons:Pros:⭕Good quality all metal build (Except handle) with powder coating matte finish which definitely looks premium.⭕Clear graphical instructions for easy assembly.⭕Up and down movement is buttery smooth, no noise whatsoever when rotating the crank.⭕Can be adjusted to any height and it stays at the position firmly.⭕Option to expand the length of the table easily without compromising the sturdiness. (Keep an eye on the 'MAX' marking in the crossbar)⭕For me personally, i prefer rotating the handle and shifting 5-6times between sitting and standing throughought the work day for extra body movement hence i went for the manual frame and I am happy to do that so that counts as a pro(for me)⭕The overall feel and build is promising for long term.Cons:⛔A bit pricey considering it is just a manual frame. But i think if the mechanism sustains for long time(atleast 3-5years) then it'll pay off.⛔Slight wobble when it is fully extended and if you lean on the edges. I read on the internet that it is common with almost every standing desk because of obvious reasons. (Shift in the centre of mass). This is definitely not a deal breaker. Just letting u know that it can't be as sturdy as an All-Solid-Wood-Four-Legged Table.Verdict:There are a lot of arguments on the internet about Working being Seated and Working being Standing. There are no concrete studies for the latter part. The one thing that is definitely proven is that your body shouldn't be idle for long and there comes a manual sit-stand desk.I highly recommend changing your position along the day in every few hours.My Tip: While working standing make sure to put some soft mat or accupressure mat under the feet for extra comfort.For me, this has been a great purchase for the reasons listed above.
