Solid orthotic
Ive purchased several pair of these over time. The reason is because I like them in all of my athletic shoes, & casual ones also .They give excellent support to my fallen arches. The don't feel hard, but are comfortable from the start.

Consistent quality and performance
I like that I can feel the support under my arch and that it remains firm and in place day after day. Softer support arches loose their firmness. Also, the support can be trimmed to fit whatever style shoe you wear.Great product

You should definitely try these.
I have narrow feet and did not want to trim these but after taking all the inserts out of my tennis shoes, they worked beautifully. Now I need to try them (will have to trim) with dress shoes. My D.P.M. recommended these for me and gave me "10 easy steps" for molding. I have paid lots of money for custom-fit orthotics. No need to do that anymore!

Too Soft!
I have flat feet. After my previous orthotics wore out, I bought these. They were way too soft to support my arches, and wearing them led to significant foot pain. Don't throw out your money on them!

I Swear By These!
I own 16 pair of these. I use them in ALL of my boots--Lowa, Keen, Vasque, Kamik, etc. And in my running shoes, too. I wear two pair of wool socks with my boots, winter, summer, spring and fall. I wear one pair with my running shoes. These are the BEST inserts you can but. My feet never get tired, never feel sore, never get blisters, never ache, never hurt. I baby my feet. Since I love to walk and run, I buy good boots, good socks and these excellent inserts. They are hard plastic covered in soft padding. Excellent support! Not for everyone, but if they are for you, I want you to know that they never wear out. I still have the original pair I first purchased over 8 years ago. I have so many pair because I am afraid they will stop making them. I have 9 pair that I have yet to use.
