Customer service was awesome, very helpful and quick replies! As for the mouse, the quality is outstanding! So comfortable, and beautiful design! I use it mainly for Overwatch, but I use it for everything now because of how great it feels and it looks so neat.

The media could not be loaded.  This mouse was the perfect find for my new laptop! Easy to use and very smooth in its navigation on screen. The mouse is not delayed and works very well on a variety of surfaces. Very satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend!

So far, this one works well for a few days. I will update (and hopefully nothing happens!!) if the mouse deteriorates again. this is the worst mouse in the world. I hate it so much I use it for games and it turns off every single time while I'm in the middle of a game no joke. it makes me really triggered. there is no way to turn it on other than plugging it in again and even when I do that it takes several times for it to actually work when I plug it in. horrible mouse do not buy.

I've had this mouse for about a year. The first time I got it my dog wanted my attention and yanked the cord out of the laptop leaving pieces of the C port in the laptop, my fault. No big deal.Bought another one. Little under a year of VERY LIGHT use and the lights on it started flickering then the pointer quit responding. I wiggled the wire near the connection and it stated to respond again. But a day later did the same thing; I wiggled the wire around and no response. Just stopped working. I'm not hard or brutal on my tech. I make sure everything is stored nice. The wire on the mouse was never coiled tight or squished/pinched, and I never sat anything on it.That being said, it work great up until the wires came loose. I gamed with it a bit and the response was good. It's a comfortable mouse that looks sleek. Easy to hook up.Great mouse but wears out pretty quick.

Now I can directly connect my mouse with my new MacBook Pro with out a converter. Say goodbye to my old mouse. This is a great mouse! It is a really simple plug and play with a USB-C port. The mouse has a grey/dark grey outer colour and nice blue lights. Unfortunately you are unable to change the colour of the lighting but the mouse is great in general. The cable has a sleeve that is thin but durable and the mouse has 2 side buttons that are nice and clicky. The mouse feels comfortable in one's hand. It comes in a plastic box to keep it from damage in shipping which I found great! I found no issues with anything. Overall great mouse.

Es un producto literalmente perfecto, cómodo, grandote como mis manos y quizás algo colorido con tanta luz. El conector USB-C, que utiliza mi Macbook, encaja muy bien. Incluye un conector para convertirlo de USB-C a interface USB-2 (el que está en todos lados).

Purtroppo ho dovuto farne il reso. Il mouse funziona solo se viene connesso ad una porta USB 3 tramite l'adattatore fornito nella confezione. Se lo collego direttamente alla porta USB C di un MacBook pro, non funziona. Non si alimenta nemmeno. E' un peccato perché l'impugnatura è ergonomica e l'impressione è di una buona qualità costruttiva. Anche il peso è giusto.
