Absolutely love these lights! The adhesive wears of some after a year but for the price it’s worth it!

Sticky tape doesn’t stick well. But definitely great price and cool lights

You may need to add some of your own glue / double sided adhesive on the ends - especially the controller end. That has worn out through light movements pushing the buttons to change modes / colors. I also taped down the controller itself to avoid stressing the cable or damaging the adhesive further.Other than that, it works well and saves your previous mode / settings when you lose power, which is great. I have these on a cabinet connected to a power splitter, so I can turn them on to the correct mode, with the flip of a switch. They add a great ambience to the area.

Product doesn’t work as advertised. Once I plugged it in it stuck with one white color the whole time. Couldn’t change color after that. Also never stuck to back of the tv. Had to tape it up. Also flickers randomly while tv is on. Not very happy. Bought same product through other companies and never had this issue.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought a 2 pack of the 3 foot lights. 1 of the lights worked and changed to the color I wanted, but the other light stayed on dark blue, and has somewhat of a strobe like effect happening, it's very unpleasant. I contacted the seller and asked if I could just send back the 1 light that wasn't working and get a replacement, and he messaged me back and said not to worry about a return, he sent me a brand new 2 pack for free and let me keep the other ones. I was really impressed by this and for customer service, he gets a 10/10 rating from me! But the 2 new lights I sent, BOTH don't change colors.I added a video of me trying to press all the buttons, but nothing happens. I opened them gently and plugged the first one in, I tried changing the color by pressing the color button. It started on green, and when I pressed the button, it switched to red, green, then back to red really fast, and then all the buttons stopped working. Now it's stuck on red and I wanted blue.I'm guessing I either just got extremely unlucky, or the product can easily break or isn't soldered together well. The product is cheap though, and it's just some lights, I'm not in a huge rush to make my room look perfect, so I'm gonna return the 2 lights and get a new set and see if they work, I'll update my review if the new ones work.

Really gave my gaming set up a really nice touch. Got two 2 packs and set one to red on my Switch and TV, along with a blue one to my PS4 and the same TV. So when my PS4 is on both the TV and PS4 light up blue, and when my Switch is on both my Switch and TV light up red.

These lights were really good for about 5 hours. After that, they stopped working and stayed on one color. I am really disappointed.

There are fancier solutions or there that include a remote and extendability, but i was just looking to light some shelving up, and would just lose a remote anyway.For the price, you can't really go wrong, I even bought a few more lengths to spruce up my desk at work. The one complaint is that the white setting isn't very white, it has a pretty strong blue hue to it, which is unfortunate given that I am lighting up a figure collection and would like to have a little more accurate color coming off of the displays. It's not that bad, again especially given the price, but the product images aren't quite accurate.
