Flame effect is nice
I'm not sure that I like the look of this diffuser, I guess I'm indifferent but once it's on the flame effect is so nice.It could be the oils I'm using but I don't get the room filling fragrance I do with my wax burners.

Product itself is not long lasting
Maybe lasted 4 months?Nice enough initially - but would have expected for it to have lasted longer... and the trouble of buying through amazon is that it's now out of being able to get a replacement.

The media could not be loaded. Saw this and thought that looks so relaxing got it the next day set it up and it wasn't like as I thought there wasn't a lot of mist at all but as the day has gone there is loads more mist I'm really happy with it

Lasted for a week
I am gutted because this diffuser matches my kitchen colour theme perfectly.First off you don't get a plug, just a USB c wire and it is fussy which plug it will work with.Secondly the wire doesn't fit in the port properly so you have to wiggle it around to be able to get it to come on.Thirdly the scent from this diffuser is so much less noticeable than my other one. No idea why or how, same amount of oil added from the same brand, just doesn't seem to reach as far.Fourthly I have had it on for a week and already the front of it has discoloured, with horrible white powdery looking water marks - can't clean them off at all, the actual plastic has discoloured. Almost looks burnt but no smell.So I am returning it.The orange light from the 'flames' is beautiful though and the overall effect it's lovely. Just wish mine didn't look 4 years old after 1 week!

Fantastic recommend buying this product
Essential oil Diffuser is a good addition to most rooms. It’s relaxing after a long day at work.

Spits water and oil out when on.
I bought this and as soon as it got delivered I wanted to try it. I put it on and an hour later walked into the room and it smelt amazing however the surface it was on was covered in water. It appears to spit out water when in use absolutely gutted as I was excited to use it.

Crap
Flame is tiny, doesnt even work half the time.Doesnt make the room smell nice when oils are added, returning this product.
