Is this the new style all with filter all covered for and R/T with functional hood? I’m worried about rain entering directly into the filter

The, K&N Cold Air Intake Kit 63-1563 includes a block of plate to cover the vent in the heat extractor hood.

Will this fit my 2021 dodge durango citadel with 5.7l hemi?

When I bought this i had a 2015 Durango R/T. I have a 200 R/T now and when I pop the hood on it, i saw nothing had really changed much. I would venture to say yes. The motor is the same and the design hasn't changed much over the years.

Will this fit my 2017 Durango rt?

I'm not sure, but K&N's website says a 2017 D R/T should use P/N 63-1563. I didn't see a chrome version listed there.
