One of the Earbuds stopped working. I noticed other sellers guaranteeing 3 year replacement warranty for the earbuds. I emailed the seller to see if they would honor the manufacturer warranty 3 weeks ago but did not hear back.

I was leery of the product because I have never found a good pair of bluetooth headphones that actually worked well, especially at this price point. My suspicions were justified once I tried them.Issue 1: One of the earbuds constantly cuts in and out which already is a deal breaker (I have already processed my return). Every other bluetooth device I have works perfectly, why is it impossible to make earbuds that work?Issue 2: The sound quality is horrible, like how in the world have more people not commented on this?Issue 3: They look ridiculous. Notice there are no side profile pics of these things while in someone's ears. That's because there are no camera lenses wide enough to get them in the picture. They stick out way too far from your ears.I rarely if ever give a product one star. I did this time because I feel deceived. Either the product reviews are mostly fake/paid for or I received a defective product. Even if mine were defective they still look absurd when in my ears.

I've had these headphones for a couple of weeks now so I feel like I can give a decent assessment:PROS:I love the fact there are no wires to get tangled.The cube that the buds slip into to charge also charges itself when its plugged and can be used later to charge your ear buds without being plugged into an outlet.The sound quality is decent-not great, but decent.People seem to be able to hear me clearly when I'm using it for phone conversations.CONS:They are tiny and are VERY easy to misplace.They are fairly tricky to pair and it seems to be hit and miss. Sometimes one will pair with the phone and the other will pair with the other bud for surround sound. The problem arises when you want to use it for a phone call and only the one side that's paired to the phone can be used as a microphone. I've spent too much time picking up each and saying "hello, hello, can you hear me?" only to find out that they have disconnected entirely and the call is active on my phone.Overall: The theory behind these buds is great--the function is lacking. I likely wouldn't buy them again because they aren't dependable.

They're malfunctioning constantly, and there is no way for me to contact the seller about the the lifetime warranty, so I'm stuck with not working headphones.

These earbuds work well, but it would be great if they had an attachment to loop over the ear to secure them from falling out.

Second day using my earbuds. I feel get more than I paid for :-)

Love these damm things, but it sucks that sometimes bluetooth connection gets lost if you move your phone around, but as long as you have your phone on the strong connection side...if that makes sense... they will work just great. I use them for running and they do not fall off and are very comfortable if your wear them the right way.
