50mg Diphenhydramine tablets or capsules are pretty standard in most chain drug stores, particularly since people have figured out they work pretty well as a sleep-inducer. These work pretty well too but I found, over a period of time, that you need to increase whatever your standard dose is by about 1/3. Given the price, that's not bad at all.

I waited a couple weeks. Unsure if this deal was just too good to be true. It's not. These are great! Great deal, great price and has had me sleeping great. Thank you!
