Im proud I chose this one
Im 165lbs and 5'4. I wear a size 8 to 10 with a 28 inch waste. A person with a 40 inch waist or larger would not benefit from this product without buying extra links; however, I used 3 of the 5 extra links that come with the purchase to suit my needs. I havn't really paid attention to the calorie tracker; I time my sessions by songs that I know around how long they are or set a timer through Alexa at 5 minute intervals of 4 reps per day of use. Trust me, you will feel winded after only 5 mins. I also have scoliosis. I feel no pain from the connective segments around my lower waist. Infact, the movement from my hips actually aliviate my sciatica. The roped weight attatchemnt doesn't get caught wile swinging around. I start it by hand first to build a little momentum then I try to keep the pace of using my hips to swing it around in a steady motion. If it doesn't help you to lose weight it will atleast teach you self awareness because you MUST keep a steady pace to keep it moving... same as a hula hoop. I'm very happy that I chose this inexpensive option as a start. I have used it for two weeks now and I have no negative remark about it. The instructions are printed clearly and legible on the inside of the box with diagrams. If you are new to this as I am, I would 100% suggest buying this product as your start verses other pricier options.

Just Getting Started
I will definitely update in a couple of weeks, but this has been the experience so farCons:-First time I used it all the pieces came a part and flew out in some kind of cursed circle of power that caused all of the cats to run away from me.-NOT a quiet way to workout. Kids will not sleep through you using this bad boy.-If you were always unsuccessful using hula hoops as a child (me), it'll take a little bit to figure out.Pros:-Easy to put together, and re-together after cursed circle incident.-Lots of videos available to offer tips how to get this thing moving. Took me about 15 minutes of stops and starts to get going.-Feeling the burn. I lasted for about 20 minutes. Lots of sweating. Could definitely feel it in my abs.Updates to Follow

Pretty cool!
The links are a bit annoying to take off, and if you expect it to function anywhere near how an actual hula hoop does-you'll end up mad at urself. It does not. But I can see the "vision" behind the creation and the anticipation for it's success.

Fun way to get moving!
First the positives-Easy fun way to get moving. I notice that 30 minutes flies by and it’s almost meditative.Easy to put together and remove links as needed.Surprisingly got my heart rate up more than expected. By 20 minutes in I get pretty warm!The negatives:Kind of painful, I definitely recommend wearing something thick underneath otherwise you’ll end up with some bruising like me.All in all I’d say is that this is a fun way to get yourself moving and is an amazing substitute for sitting on the couch watching TV but wouldn’t necessarily be a good replacement for other workouts you may be doing!

Once you know how to do it....fun
At first it was hard to figure out, looked up a couple how to videos and started figuring it out. Then I was on a mission to keep it up for a full song (around 6m)....takes time, but don't give up! Once you figure out where you need to place yourself and it....its actually fun.

Works amazing!
This works great! I have been looking for something to add to my workouts to help me my mid section. (Since I had my son I carry a little more weight there) This has definitely done the trick! It's so easy to use! I was worried about it being comfortable and falling down or completely off because of the weight being on it so the first couple of times I used it outside so I didn't break anything inside. That was just me being nervous though. This thing is tough for sure. I have been able to take off a couple of notches on it already since using it. I use it everyday and can definitely tell a difference and you can tell it works more then just your mid section. Make it fun also while working out. I found some videos and just watch them as I use it. This is amazing. An easy workout but very very useful.

I love this thing!
I have UCTD which makes exercise quite painful. This thing had me sweating in 5 minutes and was so much fun! I watched TV and kept a stride no problemo. My spine which is usually on fire has had more circulation which has led to less pain and I finally found something aside from walking that my disease doesn't make me burn for. It's low impact which is perfect for me, and as a mom with the belly, this is fantastic at targeting that problem area. 10 out of 10! If you've seen this all over your Instagram and tiktok feed, just buy this one! It was super user friendly and I just freaking love it!!! ❤
