Great all around
Superb customer service. Cross bars mounted easily, especially once I figured out my drill bit attachment with the allen wrench. No problems on a cross country drive. Only noisy when there is nothing on the bars.

Flimsy locks
The cross bars are fine, but the locking mechanism is flimsy. Two of the four locks were defective. One broke at first use and the key would not fit into the other. Had to contact the company to replace.
