Half the size of other ones ... but clearly bitter and so undoubtly contain Amygdalin (vitamin B-17)
Its not time yet to start taking these Nutriseeds as I haven't yet finished my bag of "Apricot Power" kernels. But I did open the bag of Nutriseeds and tried a few of them to see if they would be OK (or whether I needed to get another bag of Apricot Power kernels right away). The Nutriseeds kernels definitely are the bitter type (they are very bitter ... which is good). However they appear to be about half the size of any I have previously purchased (I've been purchasing kernels since the beginning of 2009). It appears to me that the percent of Amygdalin (vitamin B-17) by weight in these Nutriseeds kernels are likely at least the same as the kernels I've previously purchased. I normally consume 10 "Apricot Power" kernels each morning, so to maintain the same intake of Amygdalin I'll plan of consuming 20 of these Nutriseeds kernels each morning. One word of caution though : Be careful not to break a tooth, filling, or crown. As you'll likely find some kernels that are not completely shelled. And the little shells on these are very hard. So check them carefully before you pop them in your mouth and bite down. If you don't it could possibly ruin your week.Update (8 May 2018): I've been taking these Nutriseeds for a couple of weeks now and have no complaints. I did some weight comparisons between these and the Apricot Power kernels and two of these seeds weighs approximately the same as an Apricot Power seed. So now rather than 10 Apricot Power seeds I consume 20 Nutriseeds each morning. Unless I can find a 2 pound bag for a better price, at this time I plan to continue purchasing these kernels (I judge them to technically be fine ... so it's only a matter of price ... the best price wins).

Most bang for your buck! I take mine with applesauce.
My last mammogram said "Lateral right breast mass". I had an ultrasound that said there were 5 cysts in my right breast, not cancer. I have sisters that have died of either breast or uterine cancer. I immediately started the apricot seeds and told my husband all of our siblings are dying of cancer....so the rest of us are taking the apricot seeds to keep it at bay...I take mine with applesauce to cut the bitter taste and soften them up...I take approx 10-15/day. What I can tell you is that I've had pneumonia three times and the last time it was so bad I had to take double dose of antibiotics. However over time it felt like something was in my lung that was affected and it was bothering me. I couldn't take a deep breath on that side and I developed a wheeze on that side. I would also have pains going across my back on that side. Ever since I've been taking the apricot seeds that pain and whatever was there is gone and no more wheezing...I can take a full breath w/o a problem..Thanks Nutriseeds for the seeds and the good deal, will def reorder!UPDATE: No change in mammogram, still cancer free...doing my happy dance!

Love these seeds
I bought these for their anti cancer properties, but ended up loving the little seeds. I dislike bitter tastes in general and thought it would be hard for me to choke the seeds down, but to my surprise the bitter taste with a blast of apricot behind it is awesome-I actually have a weird craving for them! Who knew? It's nice that something so helpful to your body can also be enjoyable to eat. The seeds are small, easy to chew & this bag is going to last me forever so I think they are a great deal.

Good and bitter!
These are good and bitter. They are also nice size kernels. I've had some brands that had such small little kernels, but these are a nice size.

Not that great of a taste but that’s not the reason I got them
I got these because they are rich in vitamin b17 I saw a video that says not to eat more than 5 at a time because it could make your stomach hurt (what the guy said in the video) so I haven’t tried to eat much more than that in a day. The taste is pretty bad but after eating them it’s not bad at all

Definitely bitter‼️
These were recommended to help me control the growth of my breast cancer. Along with a regimen of Jason Winters Tea, distilled water, almonds, carrot juice, and frankensence, this might do the trick. These seeds are fresh, raw, and BITTER. I grind then in a food processor and take it like medicine in a spoon then wash each spoonfull down with water. A rounded teaspoon is about 8 seeds.

Quality/quantity
I have been buying this brand for years! Will continue to do so. The whole family gets them ( even our doggies for precaution). Just make sure your fur babies chew them because pointless if they don’t . They don’t digest things like we do

not as good as other product i had before
they are bigger than another product i bought before, i feel that the smaller kernels are a sign that the product is organic and full of nutrients ... also i feel that they are less in quality from the other product ..
