My kid loves kerby and this was a perfect gift. It's well made and will be around for many years. The fur is super soft But it's not super huggable. Meaning it's a little stiff but the seams won't separate like most stuffies. It also holds it's shaped a lot better than a cheap stuffy and it won't fall apart. Would recommend!

i first saw this fella months ago in a youtube video. despite this being a bootleg plushy, seeing how soft he looked in his photos made me buy him as soon as i could. he only took about a week to get here (thank god, my excitement was barely containable) and he was WAY BETTER THAN ANY DESCRIPTION COULD TELL YOU.firstly. yes, he is as soft as he looks in the photos. maybe softer. ive owned plushes with the kind of fur he is made from in the past, but its been so long since ive snuggled with a brand new one untarnished by years of love. it is euphoric. once you get him out of the package, you will never want to let go of him ever again.on top of that, 11" is really huge and it makes him the ideal cuddle buddy for all your hugging needs. ive bought plushies for 20-30 USD$ (i think i paid 30$ usd for elfilin? 20$ for the item itself and extra for shipping) that were way smaller (5-8") and comparable in quality to this cheeky dude. you will definitely enjoy that he is as big as he is as it makes him the perfect size to hold in your arms, throw around, and lay with.i also want to mention that he seems to have been made with a lot of care and love!! i was slightly worried that as this is a bootleg toy and fairly cheap, that he would arrive looking a little lopsided or otherwise funky (ive had this happen with a jigglypuff plush before, but thought it was so funny i never returned it). but no, hes pretty much perfect. the body of the toy is made from soft cotton plush it feels like, while the ears are stuffed with some sort of fine bead. this does not compromise the plushy whatsoever in my opinion, but its probably good to know nonetheless. he came out exactly as he looked in the photos online and i am beyond happy with him.i have placed an order with a japanese store to get a hold of a legitimate elfilin plush, which costs about the same in usd as this guy (including shipping) however is a lot smaller and more of a standard plush. i will definitely come back and add more photos of them side-by-side when this other elfilin arrives.overall i cannot recommend this plushy enough. i want you to understand that this whole essay of a review has come from a place of pure love and satisfaction with this purchase, however i was initially hesitant to buy this item for fear of its faultiness. thank you to the person who also reviewed this item and attached their photos!!! i think if you are at all interested in obtaining a soft, giant boy for your home and bedroom you HAVE GOT TO GET THIS YOUNG MAN!!!! you will not regret it.I WILL NOTE: while i have no personal experience with this particular plushy, i have owned some plushies with similar fabric to him. the more you hug, cuddle with, and use the plushy, the less soft it will get. it will still be a nice toy to hug and play with, but i advise if you want to maintain his softness quality that is displayed upon first owning you should look into plush-safe fabric softeners to use on him. using softeners will degrade the plushes overall quality, so i cant say i recommend throwing him in the wash often or at all unless absolutely necessary. but this is your warning that if you are interested in this plush he will stop being as soft the more time goes on.
