Good Book
This was a pretty good book. Five Omega's from the River Pack. Justin who has four pup's and was Stone's mate was one of them in fact all of Stone's mates decided to leave the pack after River left. This was a good read the old pack is falling apart and a lot of shifters are leaving. With the addition of the new Omega's the Alpha's in the Angel Hills pack things looking up. Milo who is second in command has his eye set on Justin. Each Omega has a choice after the Alpha Grey and his mate Ian who is a Beta they choose Gabriel who is a little weird and shy and he doesn't want to be mated to an Alpha. Justin chooses Milo to be his mate because he is good with his pups. London who is another Omega chooses Tarz a mean rough Alpha. This book focused on two of the Omega's Gabriel and Justin and not so much on the other three London and the twins. I found it weird that Gabriel was embarrassed because he likes sex and when he is in heat he likes it rough. Gabriel thinks that he is only wanted to have pups he knows that Grey and Ian are in love and he wants that for himself. Before they mate he goes into heat and Ian helps him and keeps Grey away. Grey has sex with one of the other Betas who tries to cause trouble with Ian. As the new couple's try to get to know each other they have an unwanted guess who is looking to claim what was his. This was a good read the sex scenes was hot. This book was well written with no errors in grammar or spelling. I am looking forward to reading the next door in this series.

Great Read
This is the story of the Omegas and Betas that left the River Wolf Pack series books. There’s angst, romance and a bit of heartbreak. However, my favorite characters from the book are Gabriel, Grey and Ian. They’re a great Triad.Definite must read and a great start to the series, off to book two!

Omega arrival
This book was great I liked that it told the story of all the omega's without being confusing and if gave just enough of each couple I did miss the more intense sex sense but, the story was great

Great book.
Great book. Good to see some old characters and see the interactions with the new ones. Hope to see this series continue.

ugh
Besides the editing errors and name mixups, the plot was boring. The sex was boring - I had to skim, which I never do. I never connected with any of the characters and I’m not really in to open relationships.

This may have some triggers for some. One old alpha crops up to take back ‘his’ omega and what was done to the omega already was bad. It’s a retelling and then a kidnapping but could still be traumatic to some so be aware. Also, make sure you read the River Wolf Pack series first, for sure. I haven’t read the Cascades one yet, but when you start this story, if you haven’t read the River Wolf one, you are going to miss some important info. So be aware.I have to tell you. I hated the way things were turning in the River Wolf pack. I felt for River and so many more, because things were changing and not in a good way. And when Milo went to pick up the omegas and others for the trade they made, it was obvious River had walked away, with so many others. The ‘alpha’ now, has basically lost his mind, and things are so badly worn down, it’s a wonder anything is surviving at all. And Justin and the others are ready to run. They are more than happy to be leaving, especially after Justin and his other ones that were mated to Stone, what they went through. Gabriel, Justin, the twins, all of them are nervous to start over. All for different reasons. Some are coming across wrong, some feel like they aren’t good enough, some feel like they are breaking things up. And it’s hard to adjust. But as they are starting to settle in, things seem to be getting a little better, until the past comes to haunt them. And the truth of things that are happening and have happened, are devastating. And hopefully it can be fixed before someone dies or anything else happens. It’s definitely been a change to see what was once a flourishing pack be so run down. I don’t blame River and them for leaving. And I don’t blame Justin and them for wanting to run as far as they could from the mess things seem to be now. It’s hard when greed and power work into things and there’s no balance. And I think that’s what made me love this pack so much. River was trying to do the same and let people have choices and make things better, but it was just too much of an upheaval. And the Angel Hills are wanting to do the same. They are trying to make sure that people have choices, and things are moving forward. It doesn’t mean that things aren’t going to be hard and that they don’t want to adjust some things, but they are trying to be more progressive. I love that they are giving these new guys a chance to adjust. I’m glad they are finding true happiness, which is what they should have had all along. And with some new developments that have cropped up, I’m hoping a few others can find a happy ending they need.

redz world reviews
voluntary review of arcOmega Arrival is the first book in the Angel Hills Pack series by author Rebecca James. I loved this story. Action-packed, and the chemistry is spot on. I loved meeting all the men, and I want to know more. I liked that I am so excited about more of the story sometimes that is hard with a first book. But this one is done beautifully.Milo is taking a group of Omegas from another pack to Angel Hills pack. He is not a guy who likes a lot of politics. He is protective of those he loves. And has a great heart. He has strong feelings for Justin but wants the newly acquired Omega to be able to make his own choices.Justin is an Omega from the Red River pack. He is joining Angel Hill. He is scared, but also excited. He feels a pull towards Milo. He also likes that for once in his life he is going to get to have choices he didn’t have before. He is expecting twins. Scared no one will want him because of that. Now in this story, there is way more than Just and Milo’s story going on. But for this review, I did the focus on them. I don’t want to give you any spoilers. There is a ton of books to read and a ton of people to meet. However, it is not overwhelming. When you want to start a series with wolves you will not forget I highly suggest this one. It is the perfect start to this series, and I cannot wait to read more. Really enjoyed this.......
Really enjoyed this story about the Omegas and Beta's joining the Angel Hills Pack. I'm not sure as it's not possible to unread, but I think this would have been harder or maybe more confusing to read, if you hadn't read the River Hills Pack series first. I certainly would have been confused by the names, places and events referred to. Maybe that's just me.It was awesome to catch up with some of the Omegas again and join them as they found their mates and started to build their families. With some much happening around the omegas, new betas, existing betas and alpha's in the pack, it was difficult to say who were the MC's in the respect of focusing on 2 or 3 individuals. However, that does raise the point that this story followed the lives of several couples and individuals which at time interacted with one another. Therefore, it is easy to under-estimate the complexities within this book. In addition to the main theme of the omegas and betas building new lives, the author did a really good job of showing how they changed as individuals and how the relationship between them changed and how the learnt to support one another through all these changes, whilst in tbeir new roles themselves. The author wrote all this amazingly well. The characters were clear with their relevant personality coming through enabling the individual storylines to be compelling but easy to follow.Additionally, although the author switched between the individual storylines to maintain flow and the timeline, it never felt fragmented or jumpy. The author did an incredible job keeping everything in line and making it thoroughly entertaining throughout. As with all the books I have read by this author to date, this one was full of love and erotic animalistic sex, alongside some mystery and intrigue, with some sadness in the form of Xavier's grief and topped off with some awesome humour from Milo and Justin's pups - I don't think I'll ever be able to look at a 'chib-kin' again or a 'toy-lit' for that matter, without thinking of the twins. All in all I definitely recommend this book to anyone who loves (werewolf) shifter books, but personally I would recommend that you read the River Hills Pack (3 book) series first.I can understand that some readers may feel that this isn't as good as the original (River Hills) series and in a way I can agree. However, this is still an extremely good, well written book, which still far exceeds the quality of many of the other shifter books available.I think as the series progresses and it stands in its own rights, it won't stand in the shadow of its fore-runner and I for one can't wait to get stuck into the next one.Enjoy xxx

really good read
I really enjoyed this book maybe more than the river hills series. I like that the author writes about various characters instead of one relationship. Looking forward to reading the next book.

An enjoyable read
4.5 stars for this very enjoyable alpha/omega read. This series is a little different in minor ways to the kind of alpha/omega relationship concepts I've usually read about. The main difference being that in this world the alphas are portrayed as being inclined to sleep around a bit even when in committed relationships, apparently due to their hyper-sexuality. It's actually mentioned a couple of times throughout the book in different ways. I found that idea a bit off-putting, which is the main reason it's 4 stars not 5. I like that the story focuses on multiple omegas and their developing relationships, and my favourite omega is Gabriel- the omega for the pack alpha and his beta mate. I was somewhat put off by the way the omegas were all expected to decide on a mate very quickly after arriving at Angel Hills Pack. They were treated kindly and respectfully, but it was also obvious they were basically living commodities for the pack. Despite this, ultimately the story and the world it's set in are a thoroughly enjoyable way to pass the time. The second book is also worth reading, and I look forward to continuing the series in the future.
