Taken them 2 caps twice a day now, for over 2 weeks. I don't see any dramatic changes. But to be fair...it normally takes a few months for most supplements to show anything. i will keep taking them and thenre-review them. There is a lot of positive outcome for many within the reviews. I really enjoy SugarMD's videos and educational insights. As a nurse myself, I am hoping this will make a difference in my aug. A1c coming up. But, as with anything...it takes more than a pill to make changes. And I personally started those changes with diet, sleep, water, and activity, as soon as I saw the feb. fasting BS at 280, an 8.5 a1c, and high chol and lipids.

After battling type 2 diabetes for 6 years, using more and more of the prescribed medications to keep my blood glucose numbers down to a safe level, I finally found an herbal glucose supplement that really works for me. I have tried 4 or 5 other brands and they did little to keep down my numbers even though I was careful with my diet and never ate anything after 6 PM until breakfast 12 or 13 hours later, my blood glucose was higher in the AM than the night before. My doctor's advice was additional prescribed drugs.I read the dire side effects these could have and kept on searching for some herbal assistance. This one works! I dropped my AM blood glucose down to an average of 93, a drop of almost 60 points, with the same type of eating. If you too, are searching for alternatives, this is worth the money.

We are type 2 diabetic--our sugar before we took were at 171-176. We started changing our eating to exclude ice cream /cut down on carbs by freezing our bread then toasting, cut our quantity of it to one piece of toast at breakfast, increase vegetables, drink our beet juice we make in our blender along with an apple- a carrot a banana raw, and organic apple cider vinegar-- take one of these tablets before we eat our main meal in the morning--if we eat a heavy meal in evening we take a tablet again--that is for special occasion dining out; our sugars are running at 114-126 now--we also are exercising. It is nice to have energy again. We will continue to use this medication and tell others who don't want heart muscle damaging Metformin the VA's cram down your throat. TY!

If you have a sensitive stomach, be aware of the amount of Turmeric in this pill. For me, it irritated my stomach all day after one pill. However, as I feel the overall ingredients are beneficial for my health, I will mix small amounts of the capsule with food so I can continue taking the product.

* UPDATE: This stuff is the bomb!!!*It has been a month now since I started using the advanced glucose support one pill two times per day once in the morning with breakfast and one at dinner time, and I have been able to get off my diabetes medication and my blood sugar is still between 70 and 100 in the morning after my daily 16 hour fast!I know it is expensive, but heck, it really does work! I plan on to continue to re-order this, and hopefully during my next A-1c lab results, I’ll be in the low to the mid fives (5.2 to 5.6) and be out of the pre-diabetic/diabetic range!!!!***************************************************Wow, this stuff really works!!! My fasting glucose is normally between 94 up to 130. I just received the bottle of advanced glucose by sugar MD yesterday and yesterday my fasting glucose was 79, and this morning it is 76.This is a huge drop for me in the mornings and I’ve only been taking one capsule twice a day. I only eat two meals a day (breakfast and dinner) and I took 1 capsule for breakfast and 1 capsule for dinner and I have seen incredible results!The instructions say to take 2 capsules per meal, but unless your blood sugar is a lot higher than mine I would recommend that you start off with just 1 capsule per meal.I am definitely going to continue taking these twice a day, and definitely re-purchase! These are pricey; however, they do work, and definitely worth the money!

The cost is spendy but it works. Lowered my Blood Sugar from 260 to 140 give or take. I tried to follow the instructions but it takes a lot of self motivation and commitment, but I am serious about lowering my sugar. I have been on these supplements for a short time, (5 weeks) so we will see what happens in the long run. Started to take super Berberine and see how that helps or complements this supplement. The Berberine is not from Ergin's store but found a good product on Amazon. Wish all the best to beat high blood sugar.

Works great, take about five minutes before eating but start with two capsules…work your way up to three if you eat a heavy carbohydrate meal ( pasta…bread…white rice…etc) Also, be sure to check your blood sugar two or three hours after taking it because it can bring your blood sugar down too low. I have had several readings in the 50s and low 60s…so I had a piece of hard candy or a spoon full of peanut butter to bring it up into the 90s. Absolutely do not use this if you are fasting, as it can make your blood sugar dangerously low. Just use caution until you see how you will react to it. Other than that, it works like a champ!
