Logic Pro X 10.3 - Apple Pro Training Series: Professional Music Production 1st Edition

As of 2/6/18 (On Chapter 3) I love it. I had the Logic Pro 9 edition of the same book and it was great. I'm now learning Logic Pro X so it made seance to get this one. The LP 9 Edition taught me so much and I'm excited to learn from this edition. Each chapter give you useful and new information on your DAW. I would recommend this book to anyone needing to learn logic. The last edition I had I just skipped to the parts that I needed but because that book was so awesome I think it's time for me to learn all the ins and outs and not just what I was needing. I'm going all the way with this one and reading it from front to back and eventually I want to be Apple Certified, which this book helps to you achieve. I'll try to come back with updates on this review as I get further along in the book.

Very well written and logical. No pun! Lots of great ideas and concepts regarding ways to use a daw. Good book

This book is very well written and easy to follow. My original review only gave it 2 stars because I had trouble downloading the media needed for this book. After abandoning that, I made up my own exercises and everything was fine. If I had been able to download the media, I would give it five starts.

It was worth every penny really explains the use of logic and lets you work. Great lessons it’s like taking an online class

I love this book as it took my knowledge of Logic Pro X from advanced level beginner to beginner level advanced user. I have been working in DAWs for years but would only learn as much as I felt I needed. This always led to gaps in knowledge and feeling stuck at times when I am working. Well thanks to this book I feel like I know everything I need to know to take my projects from concept to commercial-ready completion.

By far the best Logic Pro instruction of any book or video that's out there. It explains each project step, how to do it, what it will look like on your GUI, and most importantly, WHY you're doing it. It's very handy to go back and refresh how to do things at any point in your project also. I would have been lost w/out this manual.

I recommend this book to everyone. Whether you have no clue on audio engineering or if you have engineering experience and just wanna learn how to use Logic Pro X. Very useful information.
