This is a complete ice maker that includes Shut-off Lever, Mounting Base and Instructions. Does not include wire harness, bucket or water valve. All ice makers have been tested and make ice before they leave the factory so be sure your existing wire harness is not defective.

Installed with no problems. Worked great. I did find that the water flow into the ice maker was frozen in the freezer. That was because of air flow in the freezer is directly flowing towards the filler tube in in the ice maker. Diverted the air and the ice making functions well.
