Fantastic Choice - Extremely Happy
Terrific suitcase, definitely more pricey than my prior carry-ons however you get what you pay for, and this blows my priors bags out of the water. 2 trips and counting and no complaints as of yet 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻 Also I didn’t read anything about it including a TSA lock, but as pictured, it does.

One change could have made it better
Wonderful quality and a superb mechanism which helps fit in more. I also love that it's a clean space inside (no handle rails that stick in). However, the straps in the garment bag are mis-placed braking the shoulders of my jackets. I wish the strap came in around the waist where the jackets are more forgiving. Finally the other strap is placed too low to keep suits in place (below the medium length of my jackets). This makes the garment bag useless. If I keep it, I'll have to detach some of it and bring a separate garment bag to hopefully fit in the main compartment. Given the high price, I hope Briggs & Riley listens and corrects this both forward and as a one-off.

The Gold Standard
What can I say? This is the best… well made throughout with no compromises. I was fortunate to snag this on Amazon as “Used,” at a reduced price. I think that was a misnomer. Probably a return. I’m thrilled to own it. Thanks Amazon!

Great carryon bag
Great suitcase- well made, good rollers, fits well in carryon compartment on plane

Compression system constantly fails and undermines everything great about this bag.
I love the unconditional warranty they offer. I have a family member who did heavy traveling for work for 20 years with the same bag, and they always repaired it or replaced parts for free. However this compression system absolutely ruins this bag. It's not strong enough to hold in place and constantly pops open. I didn't have my bag over packed where I needed to use the compression, but every little bump caused the bottom one to open. They of course sent me new parts for free, but it's the exact same problem. You can even see from the demo video where the middle is bulging out. If they combine this system with the old zipper system it would be fantastic, but by itself it's just not sturdy enough. If they ever improve the design I'll try again, but I returned mine while I still could.
