ive used foot detox pads before, different brand. I like this brand because they are small. I can use them horizontal, vertical or use 2 at once. I tried one on my belly (? it was late at night and i felt adventurous) but there was no change in the pads and the adhesive paper gave me an itchy rash that lasted over a week. Ive used many times on feet with great results and no rash. I will continue to use them on my feet ONLY lol :)

Really love this product. I have really bad asthma so I applied for my lungs and liver. And its awesome, that was the side that was black. First night. Second night dark.I slept better and woke up earlier.My asthma has been better too.I use essential oils so I've learned about using oils on the feet and the points so it makes sense to use these pads under the feet same points.I also use stones. And love that tourmaline is used to draw out toxins.Tourmaline gemstone is known to aid in relieving stress, increase mental alertness, improve circulation and strengthen the immune system. It is a powerful agent for reducing toxin-related ailments.Tonight I will try my liver and stomach.So far worth my money. And would buy again.

I haven’t had a smoke in 2 years. The stuff these pads suck out smells like a dirty ash tray.

I love the relief I get from these detox pads. I go from hot feet to cool feet and it gives me such relief in getting that heat taken away from the bottom of my feet. I've been using it for over 6 years and don't know what I would do without it.

My goal was to find something to help my wife and I with leg soreness after running. Wearing these overnight seems to pull the soreness out and get us ready to go again. My wife and I split the first batch (30 ct.) so we only have about a week of experience, but we both came away with the same impression. We are ordering more to test it more-thoroughly, be we are optimistic that the benefit wasn't just in our heads.As a suggestion: This is a 2-part assembly that includes the pad, and an adhesive strip. On the adhesive strip, you have to peel away the backing in 3 steps and inevitably a part will fold over on itself nd must be discarded. Suggest providing a couple extra adhesive strips.

I love to see the results when I remove the patch in the morning... It's simple and easy to use. I also like the foot chart so I know where to place the patch. I already take several supplements orally and I am glad NOT to go through time consuming prep work of traditional detox drinks, etc. The patches allow one less complicated health solution to my already busy life.

These are absolutely my favorite foot patches next to the old Neru patches that can no longer be found. The tourmaline mushroom really works to suck out impurities and detox the foot. I love the way my feet and legs feel after waking up from my nights sleep with these on. They really do their work! I would definitely recommend these to everyone as a natural and effective treatment for sore, puffy feet, that may even suffer from different ailments.

I’m not sure if in my head but who cares. They work! Over 50% of large office out with flu last 2 weeks and between washing hands, vitamins and foot pads I’m still healthy! Also restful 😴.

I wouldn't recommend it, you can dip it in water an it'll turn Brown an nasty like it doing something but it's a fool you product
