Works great if you get better adhesive.
I installed this with the included adhesive and it fell off the next day. I reinstalled it with 3m tape and it works great. It’s very easy to slide a mic onto. Much better than the metal prong kind. It works with various sized mics. It fits my CB radio as well as my ham and siren remote that has a larger mounting stud than the other mics.

Works great for marine vhf
I never had an issue with adhesive. At least not so far. I use it as a secondary holder for my mike on my boat. It is out in the elements and stays put with mic even in big waves.

The adhesive is not the best; ended up screwing the holder to my go-kit
The adhesive wore off pretty quick. But I needed a permanent solution anyways. Ended up screwing the microphone holder to my go-kit and it has been wonderful to have easy access to the speaker microphone without having to lay it on something and clutter more of the workspace.
