Built well.
(Don't trust the circles inside the lid). I centered, measured multiple times, drew my template, and drilled. Picked black. Beautiful finish. This rack looks sweet against the background of Bonneville/Blue The rack is built to last. Threads were spot on. The low price may reveal the opposite, hence the 4 stars.
