Great seller with a good product! Very sturdy feel. My contractors that installed it absolutely loves it!! Easy to install. I do agree it looks fantastic! I ordered 1 set from CCJH and another set from another manufacturer due to the length difference between 2 of the openings in our home. This CCJH kit I ordered is far better than the other one - both my contractors and I agree.The product had been sitting here at the house after delivery waiting for the contractors to complete the remodel. By the time we were trying to install the door, we realized we were missing one of the plastic spacers for the rail. I contacted the seller and BAM, the extra part was delivered in 2 days! What great customer service!! Thank you, guys for making our bathroom look so awesome!

I've built and installed a lot of barn doors, and recently used this brand/style for a set of doors. I'm not 100% sure I'd use again. Main rail that the wheels run on is actually six 12" inch pieces of steel that are held together by small metal clips that fit (quite well) between each 12" piece of rail. Once mounted the rail seems quite sturdy, but during the install the rails have a fair amount of flex and at one point came apart. Personally I prefer the single piece steel rails. For the price, though, this does seem like a good product as long as you can work with this rail type.

Make plans not to line up with every stud! Not every wall lines up to 16”oc.. rolls smooth and looks good

I was surprised how small the box was, then realized the rail was in sections! It was actually kinda fun to put this together- like a puzzle. I've installed a lot of doors and quite a few sliders in my time. This was way different, b/c of the sectional rail. Its pretty ingenious how they designed it tho, with bushings to press (hammer) in to hold sections together. Holes are all 16" OC except for the ends (at 14.5" OC), more of an fyi as its installed in the header so stud spacing is moot. The instructions are crap. I used them to get a general idea of what piece goes where, and measured everything myself. If the directions were better (and bigger) I would give a 5-star... Still, nice hardware and smooth rolling for only $85. Not high quality fine-home stuff, but works in my shop great. Thanks China! Hope you're paying a living wage, but doubtful at this price...

This more than met my expectations. Installing was challenging but that was due to my home not having 2x4 in the right places. I was able to fix that by adding a wood header. This meant I could install directly into the wood and did not need to use the GIANT dowels that were a part of the installation process. That process would have also involved a big drill bit and drilling a huge hole in 9 2x4s. With the weight of most doors I would recommend a header even if your 2x4s are in the right place. Lol.

Overall, we are happy with this purchase. The quality appears to be good (we'll know more a year from now) and the product looks good as well.All of my issues revolve around the assembly process which leaves MUCH to be desired for anyone purchasing and installing in the United States. Here are the ones that I encountered:The biggest note I have is that the tools required call for a 4mm and 15mm DRILL BIT. Metric tools are generally easy to find in the US, but metric DRILL BITS are not without ordering them as a specialty tool. Yes, we can convert these to the imperial sizes which is what I did for the 4mm bit (5/32"). HOWEVER the 15mm bit converts to 19/32" which is also VERY difficult to find. As this is used to drill a hole for the dowels and therefore need to be pretty close.The second is that the description does not indicate where the holes for the DOORS must go. For the hangar I ordered, the holes were specified to go in 5" from the edge which is further in than the frame for my door. This would have been VERY helpful to know before purchasing this kit and the door.The third is in the dimensions callout. My installation calls for 1.57" which is NOT how imperial measurements are specified. It should have been 1-9/16". Furthermore the measurement for the second hold was relative to the first hole. Very few people have a ability to measure from the center of a hole; the dimension should be from the edge of the door; not from a hole. The height of the bar was [door height H + 1 3/5"]. Fractional inches are not measure in 1/5ths; they are in 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, or 1/16th increments.So in general, it appears that the instructions were translated from the metric system without much understanding on how the imperial system actually works. The kit CAN be installed, but be aware that you're going to be making some adjustments on the fly to do so.Also a template that can be taped to the door and used to drill the holes for the hangars would have been very helpful.

Just a warning to Canadians if using Amazon.ca, you WILL be required to pay duty fees upon arrival. This is incredibly frustrating after researching features and brands and prices for hours, making your decision, and then getting surprised at your door when Canada Post has your parcel but won't let you have it until you pay. To be fair, this isn't really the supplier's fault – it's more of an Amazon complaint, but head's up if this sort of thing is a deal breaker for you!
