Works great and just what I needed!
This thing has been a savior. I don't have any other means of installing a bidet in my bathroom since the water points are sealed and the flush tank is internal. So this was the next best option. It's a breeze to install and works perfectly. The pressure is lower than I'd like but it's not a big bother for me. Great buy!

One must fix it in the tap removing the existing tap filter. complicated sometimes

After 2 months of use connector starts falling off from the tap
After using about 2 months, the bidet connector started falling off from the tap when the water starts flowing. The locking mechanism that holds the connector has become loose. Not a great product. Needs improvement.

Easy to install, excellent quality, highly recommend it!
All in all a great product. It goes to show that sometimes simpler is better. I was thorn between a bidet seat and a sprayer, I went with Hello Bidet because it seemed to feature the best of both: it allows me to use hot water easily when needed, but it is more sanitary (and portable!) then the seat attachment. Lastly, I was a little worried by the fact that it is plastic but after receiving the product I can attest it's actually great quality, not flimsy or cheap as other similar items. Very happy with my purchase, highly recommend it!
