Again, ORGREENIC IS THE BEST!!!! I ordered this for a friend as well. But I too have one just like it that I got at Wal-Mart in the "As seen on TV" section. I use it quite often and it's just great! You must first season the pan like you would do cast iron cookware. After that you are good to go. Nothing sticks to this pan and especially if you will lightly coat it with olive oil. And, clean up is a breeze. All I do is put some dish detergent on it and rub with a micro fiber cloth or my soft scrub brush and it's clean.

After years of use, still works and cleans up phenomenally.
I've loved Orgreenic since they first came out, got the pot and pan set when they came out, as well as the baking pans. These have held up much better than the pots and pans have, and still so easy to clean. When the time comes to replace, I'll be sticking with these.

Easy to clean
This works very well for a nonstick pan. It is very easy to clean. I did notice that my cookies burnt on the bottom so I think that I have to adjust the time that the cookies are in the oven. May be a little less time would work better and not bring the bottoms.

Works as advertised. Nothing I've baked in this pan has stuck to it. I've been buying orgreenic products as they have been introducing new cookware

Best cookie sheet ever
Love the Orgreenic cookware/bakeware. I wouldn't have any other brand. This cookie sheet is awesome and so far those horrid burnt spots that other 'silver' sheets get, have not appeared on this brand. It looks brand new and I use it constantly. Just remember to 'season' it, according to the manufacturer's specifications and you are good to go!

Great Pan
After buying and using other Orgreenic products, I expanded my cookware by purchasing two of these jelly roll/cookie pans. Love them as much as my other Orgreenic products. Treat them right (preseasoning and caring for them according to the directions) and they'll treat you right. Very pleased.

These cookie sheets are amazing! I have made several batches of cookies and if you let them sit for a couple minutes after taking out of the oven, you can just pick the cookie up without a spatula. Just make sure you "season" it like the instructions say before you ever use it.
