Very poor quality. The picture is totally misleading. Too small in size to hold any document. Unfortunately the item is not returnable.

I've been using this bag for months now, and it still looks brand new. The material is high-quality and water-resistant, which is a lifesaver on rainy days. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable bag for work or travel.

Looking at the pictures I ordered this product. But to my surprise I did not find it as expected. The quality is also not up to my expectation.

I received the package today and observed that the item size is 13.5 by 2.5 by 9.5 instead of 14.5 by 3.9 by 10.5 inches as mentioned in the order. The item serves no purpose. Please arrange to replace.

The product delivered is not of the same quality as shown in the picture and not worth the amount I paid for it. Feel cheated. As I am in urgent need of it so did not go through the returnable process.

For me, a single person, this was the perfect size for all my important documents. I can't tell you if it's waterproof or fire resistant, but I honestly don't intend to ever find out. It just keeps all my stuff in one convenient, compact place.

The combination lock is not that great. It's an ordinary waterproof fireproof bag. Just save your money and buy a safe.

I've been researching fireproof safes and these bags for a while now and I finally came to the conclusion that for my purposes, a bag would be fine and really....just as secure. The only benefit of having a safe would be to store firearms (which I don't have) and the difficulty of removing it by a possible thief. As far as being "secure", both items offer about the same security. I watched several youtube videos showing exactly how easy it was to get into a fireproof "safe". People think that because it has "safe" in the name that it is impenetrable and they are sorely wrong. For my purposes (to hold files, insurance policies, passports, etc.), a fireproof bag actually holds a higher fire rating and the benefit of portability in the event of an actual fire. It's also lockable, takes less room & and is less obvious than a safe in the event of a burglary. Hopefully I'll never have to put it to the test in regards to a fire, but at least I'll have a little more peace of mind just in case.

I'm in a large apartment building, it has fire sprinklers but still I did worry a little about certain documents and cash on hand in case there was a fire and we had to rush out quickly. Whatever was left would be soaked if not burned. I don't have much to file at my stage of life and circumstances, everything fit in a small plastic file box that held hanging folders. This document bag has a couple of "pages" that will hold some documents but the main space is empty so perfect for an accordion type file holder. So now all my important documents are in the accordion folder inside this (hopefully) fire and water proofed bag. I put most of the pockets in the bag to good use holding cash and other small items. Zips closed and is very comfortable to carry with the handle strap. Another strap on the back side would allow a traveler to slip the bag over the handle of a rolling suitcase. So as long as it's true that the bag is fire and water proof then I am completely satisfied with it. I hope I never find out!
