Use as instructed and it will work great.

1. Prep with a melanin inhibitor for 2 weeks prior to peeling. Stop using RetinA at least 1 week prior.2. Lactic peel is NOT a layered peel. Meaning you only do one layer, you receive no additional benefits by adding additional layers.3. Do not put it on your eyelids, or close to your eyes, and be cautious around the corners of your lips.4. It may burn mildly, start low: 1 minute, and work your way up on your next peels.5. You can use a neutralizer OR plain cold water to stop the process.6. I couldn’t verify if this self-neutralizes (stops processing itself) but I believe 10 minutes is the max on this peel.7. With lactic acid there may be little if any visible flaking/peeling. You may have more dark spots/sunspots for the first few days after your peel. Don’t Pick Or Peel your skin!8. After 2-3 peels you can do the LACTIC peel 1x per week.9. Keep your skin extra hydrated following your peel.10. Always use sunscreen

I just realized we can't upload photos anymore... not sure why?Update: rash and weird red circle went away. Only the applied area is peeling. Not sure what that was all about but it seems to be good now.Okay so like I said in my below, original post, that must have been a bad bottle. This one did work! Although now I'm concerned. The little tiny circle on the inside is where I applied a test spot the size of a nickel. As you will see the redness spread about seven times the size of the original test spot. It doesn't hurt and it's not sore and I do see that the original test spot is peeling a little bit (but that's because I put it on and then I didn't take it off). I'm just wondering why the reaction spread so far outside of the test spot? That makes me kind of weary to do it on my face because I am assuming the reaction would be going all the way down my neck.So I guess what I'm going to do is a different test spot on my other leg and I'll only leave it on for 10 minutes (like maybe you are supposed to)? Then I will see if that rash still spreads. I'm assuming it will not.I'm changing my old review which was one star to three stars. It obviously does work and does something. And after I do my next test spot I will update in a couple days and change my rating accordingly.Old review: Unfortunately I must have received a bad or inactive bottle. It does absolutely nothing. I've layered and reused and tried everything but nothing happens. No tingling, no dryness, no improvement.... it's just a gel. And this definitely should be doing something to my skin as I haven't used a peel this high and am new to peels. The fact that I could put this on my face every hour and not have anything happen says enough.I am swapping the bottle out for a new one and will update then.

I have had a lot of experience with chemical peels and know how they should feel and the results you should get. And let me tell you, this NOT 50%. My husband tried it and didn’t even a sting after 4 whole minutes. Does nothing and will be returning.Feels like false advertising because this DEFINITELY not 50%.I recommend the Perfect Image 30% lactic over this any day if you’re looking for a stronger peel.The 30% one felt stronger than the “50%” from this brand.Only warning this package needs is a scam warning.

Works very well

It seems weak to me. It makes it seem like you need to wash off in 30 seconds or have a neutralizer or it will burn through your skin. Not true. I ended up leaving it on all day just to get a mild peel. Maybe I got a bad batch.

I love the gel as it is thick. It did not really burn. Used it 3 times and will try longer and give an update. Good if you are new to peels and need to start gentle and slow.Face has not peeled yet but will give it some time.UPDATE: It will peel if you do multi times and do not leave on more than 5-8 min. It did tingle finally and really renewed my skin but I will get the 70% one next time.

O produto funciona perfeitamente desde a primeira aplicação. Já fiz uso de outros peelings antes (geralmente manipulados), mas esse é, sem dúvida, o melhor de todos que eu já experimentei. Só é preciso tomar cuidado para não aplicar em áreas mto sensíveis (ou misturá-lo com algum hidratante para diluí-lo um pouco, caso o faça), e usar mto bloqueador solar após o uso. Nota 10!
