I wanted this cover to match the interior of my civic and protect the shift knob. installation required a little bit of dexterity, but I'm really glad that it uses a sewing technique to keep it on rather than some kind of adhesive that would ruin the regular leather. It fits snugly and perfectly on the shift knob with no lumps or movement and it looks great in my sport touring, which has a carbon fiber-looking trim on the seats and some red accents.

It looks great on my 2017 honda civic and feels nice. It took me less than 10 minutes to get it on though I do have sewing experience. If you dont, there's no need to be intimidated. The instructions for sewing were very detailed and the stitch used is very simple. Theres only 4-5 stiches needed as well because its just a small section that needs to be sewed by hand.To see what I was doing, I put my parking brake on and moved my gear shift to the lowest position. I felt like I had enough space and didnt need to remove the knob to install the cover.
