Works great, I get a pretty good signal, great way to manage my cables.
I actually like having this item as my wireless HDMI device. I do like the fact that this one comes with a solid antenna. The material of the device does not make it heavy and the outer casing is not metal but plastic from what I can tell. It actually has a pretty strong signal. It is pretty reliable and does not cause any disconnect or choppiness. It is fairly straight forward to setup. The instructions are pretty easy to follow (minus some small word errors). It is pretty much just a plug and play device. It does not require any drive installation. Once you have it setup, it is good to go every time. I do like this this gives me a better way to make my cable management easier with minimal cables needed in the back. I do like that the material is light so you could attach this to the back of your tv or protector to make it hard to see but still effective in terms of signal. The signal range is pretty good. I can connect it from another room so I am able to play videos easier. . In term of video quality, the image quality is not bad. I did not see much issue in lagging or buffering as much. I do a slight pixilation every so often for a few seconds but it is pretty rare. It does use your standard hdmi cable to connect to the display. Please note that the HDMI cables are NOT provided so you will need to purchase that separately. The only provide you with the power cable. The antennas screw on and there are two antenna per device. The antennas are solid but you can break it if you happen to get it caught on something so be careful. Please note that each end only does one thing so do not get them mixed up. One of the adapters is an hdmi input and the other is hdmi output. Although these are adapters, it does require external power (they are provided). You cannot run it without it being plugged into the power supply. The power supply is a type c cable. Both the cable and wall plugs are provided. I did try it with the USB port on the TV and it did work. I did not see any issues but note that different TV do have different USB power output so it may not work for all TVs this way so use the power brick as provided. It connects pretty fast and streams without much lag. I do like that it gives you a longer range. Overall this is a great device to have if you want to better manage your cables while also giving you the ability to wireless connect to your TV. The adapters are big but light. It does give you a strong signal and range so you do not have to worry about it dropping signal. The material makes it light weight and sturdy so you can mount this on the back of your TV.

Works great with my Tablo Dual HDMI DVR after I adjusted the Tablo's resolution setting.
This review is for Wireless HDMI Transmitter and Receiver from Vrriis, $160 on amazon.REVISED REVIEW 13 JUNE 2024In my 6-4-24 review I stated that this Tx & Rx system did not work with my Tablo Dual HDMI DVR. I gave the set 3 stars in my review. Within a few hours of writing the review I returned the Vrriisset to Amazon for a refund. The next day I received an Amazon correspondence from customer service at Vrriis asking if there was something they could do to correct my Tablo Issue. Customer service inquired as to whether my Tablo was 1080p or 4K. Not knowing the answer I went onto my Tablo’s on-screen settings page and found that my Tablo resolution was set to "Auto Switch to Best Resolution” instead of being fixed at 1080p60hz. I offered the suggestion to the Vrriis customer service person that my Tablo’s resolution setting may have been the issue with their Tx/Rx set not working, but, since I had already returned it to Amazon, there was no way for me to check my theory. Customer service generously offered to send me a second set so I could check out my Resolution theory. Well I received it a day ago and immedicably checked it out. Well . . . . IT WORKS GREAT. My original intent for buying the set was to send my Tablo’s programs to my family room that is 45 feet away from where my Tablo is located (and therefor 45 feet from the location of the Vrriis Tx) and through three wood studded walls. Once the Tx and Rx were paired (per the instructions) I brought the Rx unit to my Family room, plugged the Samsung TV’s HDMI input into the Rx’s HDMI output and, after a very brief delay, I received my Tablo’s signal . . . . Crystal clear. I watched a recorded program for about ½ hour and there was not drop-out nor did I experience any issue with the picture or sound quality. One very nice feature with this Vrriis set is that it offers an IR remote feature where I can control the Tablo while in my family room (using the Tablo remote). Works great. So I am now upping my review rating from 3 stars to 5 stars. Great customer service and great product at a reasonable price. See my BTW below.BTW, I should mention that right after returning the Vrriis product to Amazon I ordered another brand Tx/Rx wireless set from the YUYUNLOMN store for $130. It was terrible. It couldn’t even transmit through two wood studded walls to a TV 30 Feet from the Tx . . . and no IR remote feature.ORIGINAL REVIEW 4-JUNE 2024Wanted to use with my Tablo DVR to send signal two rooms away. After pairing the Tx and Rx, I positioned the Rx in the room (2 rooms away from the Tx). No signal. then I moved the Rx to one room away. Still no signal. Then I placed the Rx right next to the Tx. Still no signal. Then I plugged my TV's HDMI input directly to the Tx HDMI Loop output. Still not signal. So, bottom line, this Tx & Rx set is not compatible with my Tablo's HDMI output.

This Is A Great Unit For Inside My Motorhome To Get A Signal Somewhere Without Having To Run Wires
I am using this in my motorhome to receive video from my 360 degree dash cam system. One issue that we have had while traveling, is that when we park in parking lots at night (Walmart - Malls - Rest Areas) we find that inevitably at some time during the night, someone with a loud vehicle will come past us or around us. I am concerned, that someone with a can of spray paint could do a massive amount of damage to our home in a very short period of time. Instead of getting out of bed, I can now assess the situation from my bedroom from a small monitor. It looks like this is going to work really, really good. I have had no issues so far with lag, connectivity, and since our range is fairly small (40 feet max) it is going through multiple walls of our 45 foot home with no issues. Would highly recommend - no issues to note at this time. The picture with the small monitor in the bedroom is still in the mock-up stage. I wanted to make sure everything was working before I do the final install.

Super simple setup - but can't get IR blaster working
Works exactly as advertised - no issues with video quality or range. For the life of me, I cannot get the IR blaster working. As I understand from the (terrible) instructions, I put the receivers IR plug close to the IR sensor of the extended/remote device, and pointing my remote at the local transmitter's IR sensor, it's supposed to send the IR signal over wireless and send - in this case to a projector. I'm using the projectors remote inside my house. It has no issues whatsoever playing any type of video, but IR does not work. I'd love to be able to turn off the projector when not in use, and I don't want to use a remote switch to cut power, as the power-down cycle is important for projectors.
