Thicker, softer, and larger than most. Love it.

My husband uses this mat to do home exercise everyday for physical therapy. The mat is comfortable, the right size, and stays clean. It's a good value.

Update: while the mat still is damaged, the seller did reach out and did a full refund. I appreciate the effort they made to rectify the issue. Should I decide to order again, I would consider the seller.I had this mat one day and it got a small hole in it. I was just doing pilates and my nail slide across it...nothing major. I thought I could manage that little hole. I haven't used it much but went to use it today and it scuffed up doing functional training. For the price I paid, you would think it would have been better quality. I highly recommend looking for a different mat. I don't normally write reviews, so when I do, it's normally because something is really awesome or really sucks...and this mat sucks.

Super thick and durable

I really like the cushion and larger size. It works great on my tile floor. I had read in another review a complaint about the strap, that it wasn't velcro. I personally love the loops on the ends of the strap, much easier to use than the velcro on my daughter-in-law's, which I used this past week when visiting.

I used this mat over a month , it’s slippery. My hands and feet I have to constantly use my extra strength to hold doing my workouts.

this mat lays out flat and does not slide. Durable surface and appealing color. Would buy again.

soft enough but gets torn up if you wear shoes on it. I recommend for socks or bare feet only.
