Best PTZ camera that I have owned so far!
This camera ROCKS!! I purchased this camera because the other PTZ camera that I bought just weeks before, was discontinued. Let me tell you, as far as software functionality and SD card playback via the mobile app, this camera is 100 times better than the other camera brand that I purchased just weeks before. The picture quality, build, and night vision is awesome and is on par with my other camera. My biggest complaint about any SD card enabled camera, is the ability to view or download those stored files in a quick and easy manner. With this camera, I have had no problems whatsoever in doing that. It has a ton of user changeable features through it's software, and works like it's supposed to. I added an external microphone to it and it works like a charm. We love the picture quality and how easy it is to use. My only complaint is a small one, and really, is a problem with every PTZ camera that I have owned. When trying to zoom in, the camera naturally zooms in to everything that's below eye level, causing anything that's up high, to disappear out of the frame of view. I have only had one PTZ camera that seemed to overcome this problem, but it wasn't an HD camera. Everything in the field of view zoomed in perfectly with that camera, and I can't figure out why these newer HD cameras can't do this. Other than that, I have yet to find anything else that I don't like about this camera. We will see if it can withstand the upcoming Colorado Winter, as my old PTZ camera still works after 7 years of being outside.

Does not work over WiFi. Only over lan. Return window has already closed as apparently I was given a very small window for return.

Uses ".264" encrypted file format no 3rd party app can read. The Web based app works best with IE Explorer
The camera saves files in a *.264" format that is encrypted. No 3rd party app can read and playback the file. This includes Windows Media Player and VLC media player. Samgane includes an app called HiPlayer that can read the ".264" format on your PC. The only way to save a file in AVI or MP4 format is if you save it using the Android App Samgane includes. You have to do this 1 file at a time, which is a huge pain. This is a Chinese company and the tech support is only via e-mail and they do not understand English very well so tech support is non existent. The Web based app works best with IE Explorer. The web based app has some features available if you use Edge or Chrome. All in all this is just "OK" not the worst, but simply average with issues. I would not buy this product again.
