Really makes things much easier
I’ve had it for a few weeks now, and it has really made a difference. While it’s smaller than I’d like, it’s a standard size and can hold many plates. The only reason I find it insufficient in size is that I also place pots and pans on it, but it wasn’t really designed for that purpose anyway. It dries my dishes and glassware as effectively as a dishwasher. The airflow reaches all areas, making it easy to dry your dishes. I’m very glad I got this; it’s incredibly useful, well-made, and thoughtfully designed.

Love the Size/Organization. Design Could Use Improvements on One Thing
I am someone who really takes the time to throughly compare and read reviews of products. We were looking for a two layer dish rack so we could utilize as much counter space as possible. Our cabinets are a tad low being that the place was built a very long time ago vs what you see in most homes today. This made finding a two layer dish rack more difficult than I thought. Our counter is a height of 15 inches from bottom of cabinets to counter top x 23.5 inches width from back wall of countertop to it’s front. This fits almost perfectly. We may not use the upper rack the same as others, seeing as our large plates cannot sit upright due to low cabinets, but it still works great for us. You can fit so much on this dish rack and seems fairly sturdy. The biggest cons for us/suggestions for improvement: the drain at the bottom appears to be longer than the bottom of the dish rack in the manufacture’s photos. As you can tell by my photos attached, this is not the case. I have also noticed that basically all of the dish racks currently on Amazon do not have options to adjust the height of at least one side of the bottom of the rack. It would make more sense to add this as a feature so the excess water can more easily drain downward into the sink. Since we have raised edges on our sink, we planned to find some sort of risers to put under it to make it level in order to be tall of enough to drain directly into the sink. So no big deal for us there as we already planned on having to do something to that extent. It did come with a dish drying mat that I like! It did prove somewhat difficult to find 20 inch x 15 inch drying mats on Amazon, but luckily we did find some to have as extras. That dimension is what fits the dish rack perfectly. Would be awesome if it came with those features though. In conclusion, I’m very happy with this dish rack and would recommend it. Sturdy, saves tons of counter space, and has pleasing dimensions for our needs vs other comparable products. The rack could be improved by having a longer drain spout to put over the edge of your sink. It would also be a great feature to be able to adjust the height at its base for households that have raised edge sinks and want the excess water to drain downward more easily into their sinks. Shipping was fast! Big perk that it came with a drying mat as well. Decent price!

Streamlined and attractive
I did a lot of research and was looking more at the $100 range high end dish racks. So happy I didn't waste my money and only paid $27 for this rack. I was shopping to replace the typical cheap wired rack that was beginning to show rust and age. I no longer wanted to face that type of problem down the road, hence looking at the expensive models. This rack is beautiful. The black works well in my kitchen. The advertised picture makes it look like the rim is more of a dark metallic look which I was looking forward to, but it's just plain black metal, yet still very attractive. I read many of this rack's reviews prior to purchasing. There were complaints about the water spilling over. This rack is shipped with a plugged hole. Before set up, you have to remove and dispose of the plug at the center of the base. Maybe it's there because some people don't need the draining option. The base dips a little at the center so that any dripping water flows down to the hole, into the spout, and drips into the sink. The swivel spout turns to all sides so the rack can be placed in any direction. After months of use, I have never had a problem with leaks or spilling over. I have even occasionally poured cups of water into the rack to rinse it and the water quickly and neatly flows back into the sink. I don't see how this rack will ever show rust or look anything but attractive. Another complaint was the slant of the cup holders but they work fine for me. I placed the rack longest side next to my sink, cup holder opposite long side, and utensil holder at the back. The utensil holder has 3 compartments. The third compartment has a slotted attachment for knives which can be removed if you prefer 3 open compartments. It comes with a black cloth mat to place beneath if you wish. The base of the rack has feet raising it up off of the counter, so if you prefer a more open look, don't place the mat beneath. I do have the mat beneath mine. I don't have a dish washer and this rack holds a lot without taking up much space. I have the one tiered version. The two tiered, in my opinion, would make the space look more cluttered. Note I actually purchased another similar rack at the same time, but this is the one I kept. I love it!

Space saver nice design
Love this dish drainer 2 tier rack. I'm in love with it now ! It was a bit of a doozy trying to figure out how to assemble it, I did not think the written instructions were too clear but after watching a video or two it was easy to assemble. To drain the water, you have to attach the spout underneath and pull it out to extend it into the sink. All the water drains out into the sink. I purchased a different mat to place the drainer on, and it stays dry and clean. The utensil holder is extra large which is what I needed to hold all the cooking utensils. Love doing my dishes now and looks so attractive on the counter.

Stylish and functional
Perfect size and design that supports even big pots. Suitable for above counter sink. The high sided basket makes your counter remain clean and dry. Love it! Pro tip: don’t forget to remove the plug on the draining tray.

Excellent product
The stand is compact but still has enough room for a lot of vessels. One can organize all the vessels neatly. The water draining feature is an additional advantage.
