I was looking for cord to use for a kumihimo application, replacing a bell cord that had fallen apart. The core of this cord is dyed to match, so when you cut the end you don’t see a white core with the small amount of fraying. Very nice quality for this price.

I use this for Plastic Canvas Needlepoint. When it is too thick, the inside can be removed, resulting in a thinner cord. As is, it can be used for other projects and for hangers for decorations.

I wanted a cord to use for handmade xmas tree decorations. This did not work well at all. It frays really easily, so I could not thread it through the 1/8" hole in the ornament.My workaround was to paint Fray Check every 12" (my desired length), wait for it to dry, and then cut the cord at the stiff bits. Then I had "shoelaces" that I could thread through the 1/8" holes.

I have used an exact cording like this I had purchased about 20 years ago for putting names on stockings for my mother, and had run out for adding new names of each new grandchild, and other family members. I was worried I could not find it but this is exactly the same and I was very thankful for finding your great product. I can use it for many craft projects in the future as well. Thanks so much!!

This yarn is so amazing and creative. I wish I had learned about it sooner. It adds a great touch to crafting projects, whether alone or as an embellishment to jazz things up. It arrived a few days early, which I'm grateful for as the colors are being used to make ornaments for the family trees. The sparkle is a great enticement to get the younger ones involved in the projects. That being the case, I know I'm going to run out quickly, so it's nice to know where I can order from instead of trying to drive around to crafting stores.As you can see in the attached photo, you can definitely see the difference in candy canes.
