Item arrived with two parts missing and 4screws.Item is very low quality and not durable. You can buy from Ikea better quality and cheaper.When assembling it, the base does not stand still and keeps on moving ad it was not aligned from the 4 sides also one of the side rail was not straight.When it comes to Amazon refund and customer service it was not up to the standards when it comes to dealing with Prime members and they didnt care about customer frustration and all what they have to say when contacting them is sorry for your experience and you have to wait till courier pick up the item” in 3 days” and after receiving the item they will refund the money so we have to wait and waste more time till you are able to buy a replacement with the refunded money that will come to you account within 5 to 7 working days as per customer service agent. Very poor service and experience

I expected some heavy duty, thick and solid one but got a regular one. Don’t know if this will last long. The picture shown here looked durable but the one I got does not looked the same. Still does the job but I cant hang more than I would like to.

some of the fasteners were missing and i had to use my tools box to assemble it together i would have returned it but i have already spent an hour to assemble and de-assemble would take another hour so luckily i had some extra screws that i was able to use otherwise the quality is medium and Chinese
