It took a while, but it's worth the wait.
I'm 6'3 and live in a house with old doorways. So I needed a freestanding pullup bar that was high enough to accommodate me and strong enough to support my weight. The product took a month to arrive, and I was worried it wouldn't come, but rather than asking for a refund I contacted the seller. She was incredibly helpful and identified a problem with the shipping, rerouting it and personally overnighting it. It did arrive finally, and was everything I hoped for and more. This is without a doubt the best freestanding bar on the market.

BEWARE! YOU HAVE TO PAY ATLEAST 240 DOLLARS TO SHIP IT BACK!
The height is perfect. But it is not sturdy! It moves so much. I do crossfit and I thought this would be perfect but itโs not. I requested to return it. Apparently itโs not free to return it back. When I tried to ship it back, I was told I have to pay atleast 240 dollars just to ship it back and if you donโt have the box anymore, you have to pay for that on top of 240 dollars. And they decide how much they want to refund you if you even decided to oag that much to ship it. NOT WORTH IT!!! Never again will I purchase anything outside the US!

After paying this much money I was expecting something much better than this! I am 6ft 1 and wanted something I could use for weighted pull ups, front and back levers and muscle ups. From the picture this looked perfect, but when it arrived (much earlier than expected) I put it together and was very disappointed. The instructions are awful, and the whole thing is shaky. This could be so much better if stronger metal was used, and the fixings were the right sizes. I have built it properly and done all fixings very tight but it still wobbles. Don't understand how everyone is giving 5 star reviews. I tried a muscle up and was wondering if the whole thing was going to tip over! I've paid for it now, and am not going to the bother of trying to ship back to Vietnam, so will try sticking some sand bags on either end. Really I should not need to, am not planning on swinging on the thing, just do some basic gymnastic exercises Last thing, this is HUGE. At the highest setting I can stand on tiptoes and just reach the bar and it is VERY wide, not exactly easily portable. This could be so much better, its a shame.

As others have said the instructions are a bit of a challenge to follow but once you get a good idea of what it looks like its pretty easy to slot together. It was a little shaky to begin with but I used the extra bolts, drilled a few new holes , and bolted it together better and when its tight its solid. Mostly its the places where bars slot into each other as there is a bit of wiggle room. Since there is only one bolt holding each of these junctions it can move. All it needs is a second bolt running through both poles perpendicular to the existing bolt and it tightens it right up. AS indicated in the instructions if your going to do any gymnastic movements or muscle ups you will need sand bags at all 4 corners. I used 1 25kg sand bag each side on the end behind me and 2 on each end in front and it weighted the unit down perfectly. However due to the height the design, since it can't have cross beams connecting the 4 corners on each side it will sway at the top. This is just physics and a limitation you have to deal with if you want to swing on it. You can't have cross beams to make it more rigid as they would get in the way of any swing movement. If you plan on doing muscle ups or anything with explosive movements you will need to anchor it in some way. I simply bolted it to a 2x4 screwed to a wall near the top of the unit using one of the existing holes and once that was done it was solid as hell and muscle ups felt great. You could also anchor it using more sand bags or other heavy weight and rope or cable on each side, similar to how those cheap badminton nets that stake into the ground are setup. Other than that the unit is great. It folds up easily, is fairly light weight when you grab it in the center of gravity so its easy to move around, its perfect for pullups, and with a little tweaking its great for muscle ups. I am 5'11" and this unit was a bit tall for me though. I have to use a small step to reach up and do weighted pullups so if your around my height I would consider the smaller unit.
