This product was a 2022 Christmas gift for some friends. Item was bought as inspired by a Korean bbq place we had just tried out back in November.We finally all got together to use the grill for the first time 1/6/2023. The grill was defective upon first time use. It worked for about a half hour and then shut off on its own. The grill will not and has not been able to turn back on since. Our dinner gathering was a disappointment!

Easy to use, cooks great,just wish temp. Went higher!

I bought this piece and used it less than 10 times.It shut down and wouldn't turn on again.I don't know whether there is a problem with their design or production or I was just unlucky with this purchase.

Used one time only, the temperature is awesome and cook the meat so fast, smokeless, only problem is that it only worked for about 40 min. I wish they could resolve this issue.

I was referred to convinced by several reviewers on the performance of this indoor bbq. It was a bit Smokey when we tried it in early summer of 2022 but did the job well. We finally used it on the 2nd time tonight and it died in the middle of a fun bbq nite. The lights just shut down on this unit. After we tried to check all connections, it was just a bad unit who decided to die tonight. Not a good investment for a $100+ unit. I would not recommend this unit due to reliability issues. Unless we just got lemon, I would challenge the creator/distributor to allow a replacement unit so we can review those again. Thanks in advance. CLG
