It has the basic ingredients for a calcium supplement in the right proportion. I like that it comes in a gelcap because I'm assuming that it would be easier to absorb that some of the bricks passing off as tablets. The size of the gelcap, however, might make it difficult for some people to swallow.

Fantastic. They don't hurt my stomach (like some calcium pills do), and the magnesium really helps, too.
