For an ombre lip, apply it over lipstick, such as The Estee Edit's high-intensity Mattified Lipstick. Then dab small dots and blend to intensify. Non-drying with a delicious vanilla mint scent, Lip Flip Shade Transformer revamps the finish of any non-matte lipsticks to a semi-matte.
