I recently purchased the Science in Sport Hydro Electrolyte Tablets from Amazon and I must say, they have exceeded my expectations. As someone who is active and always on the go, I needed a reliable electrolyte supplement to replenish my body after intense workouts or long runs.These tablets are easy to use and dissolve quickly in water, making it convenient to carry them with me wherever I go. The taste is refreshing and not overly sweet, which I appreciate. What sets these tablets apart is their ability to effectively replenish electrolytes lost through sweat, helping me stay hydrated and energized throughout my workouts.

Although I was excited to find affordable vegan electrolyte tablets, it would have been helpful to know it contains green tea extract, beforehand. I take a stimulant medication, and became uncomfortably jittery after drinking this, which I wouldn’t have done if I’d have known about the green tea extract. It’s a personal bummer, as it’s otherwise tasty. If you have no issues with caffeine in your electrolytes, I’d recommend it, but I like my electrolytes to simply help with hydration.

Great stuff that I've purchased many times from Amazon. But not any more as long as the price has gone up so much. You can easily find it for much less, all the flavors, and with free shipping.
