Record was packaged very well, arrived in sealed plastic and plays Super great. Would recommend.

Pitchfork.com did a review of this album when it came out. I agree with one part of the review in that about half of this record is better than the other half. The other half is basically an extension of Sunken, with the same horribly-recorded formula. About 80% of the vocals sit way too low in the mix here. I rarely listen to my music with headphones. I like my music coming directly out of a set of nice quality speakers. I don't expect to hear the vocals jump right out at me, but I do expect to be singing along with the record after two or three plays. That requires being able to make out the words to some degree. So, like Sunken, Wild Onion is another brilliant album by Twin Peaks that has been cut short on its potential to shine (even a dull shine would suffice) because of the poor engineering of this record.

If you love Twin Peaks, you should definitely get this vinyl!

I picked this up based on a friends recommendation, and I definitely like the album. It is definitely a throwback to 60's garage rock, which is my favorite part of the album. Even the album cover looks like it could've come out of the 60's.
