This is NOT a regular cotton loop towel that you'd expect.The color is only on one side, and it's flat and hard-- definitely not a "towel."It's super thin and smells weird.I'm mad because this was for a birthday present at an upcoming beach party and bonfire.

This is perfect for me because I wanted something for the shower and not for the beach. Not quite thick enough or big enough for a great beach towel but it would still work there.

It is 100% cotton. It is almost the size of a regular beach towel. But, it is very thin, and to my surprise, it is only colored on one side. The reverse is uncolored. It is not good old fashioned thick cotton terry cloth.If I had been able to see it in a store, touch it and look at it, I would have said "cheap chinese crap" and not purchased it.But, I have it. It is a towel. It is a fair representation of the gay flag and it's too much trouble to return. I'll use it, but I will point out to anyone who asks that it's a Made In China knock-off that took a lot of shortcuts.
