these are very good ones that my wife uses. she takes birth control pills and these pills help regulate the mood and hormones in the body. otherwise, if she stops taking them she will have swing mods and sometimes swing feelings.the price is very good and works well compared to the other ones that my wife was taking and they cost around $80 per container. Received it on 11/12/19 and started taking 4 capsules religiously every day since(2 in the morning/2 at night).I have struggled with hormonal acne and facial hair on the chin area. Once I started taking this I noticed a sudden decrease in my facial hair. I usually have to go every 2 weeks to get a wax but I actually pushed my appointment back to 3 weeks due to lack of hair.
