I've been taking these for two weeks now and I feel so energized and focused with day to day routines. They aren't too big and I've had no side effects so far. I have stopped feeling tired and have started exercising again.

Always got diarrhoea after taking brainzyme tablets, I have no idea why I had this effect but others not. Good thing is that I felt more focused.

Haven’t noticed much difference yet but haven’t been taking it for the recommended time yet.But I have noticed that they stick in the throat even when you drink the water before and after like recommended. Makes me feel quite sick when it does this and is putting me off taking it

I was surprised I could tolerate the tablets as I have been caffeine free for a number of years now, however I decided to give them a try. I'm awaiting major endometriosis surgery and I have fibro, fatigue and brain fog were really giving me a hard time and impacting my writing. I haven't taken them every day, just when I have writing to do or I'm feeling foggy and fatigued. So far I'm impressed! I definitely feel clear and no caffeine jitters or crash.

So I passed my theory test after taking the free Focus pro tablets I don't know if was the tablets or me but I certainly felt more focused on what I was doing and was not day dreaming and not distracted.

I did not see much change using these but think a stronger version may be best for me as I am awaiting an ADHD assessment.

Helps for concentration, helps my daughter with focus at school. Will use these forever.
