I was terribly disappointed with the bad taste and staleness of the M&Ms - both the chocolate and the peanuts inside tasted very musty as if the product were very old. I suspect they are buying “SECONDS” quality M&Ms (that did not pass quality control inspection) to be sold under the brand name. Nothing wrong with that if customers are informed about it before purchasing, which in this case was not done. As I said earlier I think that the bad taste is because that in addition to being seconds, these are very old and stale as well.So in conclusion, either these are just old and stale at the very least, or they are quality control rejects from M&M that are also very old and stale. Any way you size it up, these were sold ‘out of date’ and stale, and no quality check was done before they were sold on Amazon.Now I have 11 pounds of old and stale Peanut M&Ms…. Anyone out there have a really hungry elephant?

Bag inside broken all mm,s loose in the box which had a opening in the corner. Their isn't no telling how much was lost not to mention how sanitary the box was definitely not worth the money VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS!
