Fantastic flavour and texture
I soaked the dried mushrooms in warm water for half an hour and added it to spicy ramen. After cooking in the broth, the mushroom pieces were juicy and had absorbed the spices of the ramen beautifully. The umami flavour is superb, it's so distinct. So much better than simple button mushrooms.

Loved the flavour and the whole mushrooms were very tasty when rehydrated. Was happy with the taste when sauted and eaten. Had a fluffy texture when rehydrated and my 13 year old daughter enjoyed the dish too.
