Coreline Fixed Cam Fracture Walker with Plastic Uprights for Sprains and Fractures (Short - Small)

It's okay. I did get an "air cast" brand walking boot (tall one) from my ortho physician which at first I hated. However once the swelling went down on my fractured torn up ankle....I preferred it over this purchase. I used the air cast w/out the piece you stick on the front.This short boot was actually heavier. I used the pads because even in a 'small' there was too much wiggle room going on inside. I only wore this a few times due to being sick of that tall boot but after a short period of wearing time - it was making my ankle hurt worse, I think due to not having control over how tight I could make it. That 'air boot' you can pump air into to stabilize. I have a very slim ankle so I'm sure that's a negative for this boot. I actually put a tie up nylon ankle brace on before wearing this to make it actually stable.Just for info purposes...I wear a sz ladies 8 and the small was fine with the length. I personally don't like the toe of a boot sticking way out from my toes because I tend to ram the end into things when it sticks out too far. That jars your injury. I learned that 10 yrs ago when I had a boot that was 2" too long in the front last time I fractured same ankle. I want my toes where they normally are in any footwear so I'm not hitting things and then being offputting because I'm in pain all P O'd. lolJust giving some insight. Not mad nor thrilled. I'll resell on craigslist or something.

So glad I thought to search online for a solution to a problem ..... this cam boot fits perfectly and stabilizes my ankle when I need to be up on it. The side supports are very sturdy and help me stand when I need to. Boot is quite well made - velcro straps hold tightly. Great purchase! Thank you!

I bought the high boot and it is sturdy with extra pads and a good buy for the price. The straps are firm and adjustable. I wore the boot for several weeks and did a lot of walking and the boot still looks new. The boot in my opinion is top quality for a very reasonable price.

After four months in hard casts, I knew the day of boots was coming, and the Dr. office wanted to charge me 400 for a boot, so this was a cost effective option, and much more welcome now that I am cast free.

Works just as well as any other one would, a perfect cost effective option. I’m a women’s size 8 and it fit me as well as my brother who’s a men’s size 10 shoe.

Had to order this for my broken foot since I have no health insurance. Wore for a few weeks and improving greatly.
