Beautiful necklace
Perfect gift for my daughter at Christmas time.

real shame, it was stuck solid to the tape inside box
outer presentation box is beautiful & when opened it the contents were equally good looking - including RED hearts - but then came the problem... the necklace & letter D itself was stuck solid to the clear wide tape wrapped round the foam inside the box (see pic). Obviously done to show off the contents but trouble is it meant as tried to ever so gently peel the gold off the tape it was just going to damage it permanently. So fraid didnt take it any further & will be going back

terrible finish
The gold finish on the letter was uneven so I returned and ordered a replacement. This second one was no better so also returned. I will not be re-ordering.
