It's six stickers that have a release liner on the back. You remove the release liner to expose the "sticky stuff" on the back. The front has a smiley face and a caption "Smile, you're on camera"

Nice and sticky. Wanted for my mailbox because I have seen too many cars stop at the box lately. Hoping it will make them think twice.
