Lock nuts are not size listed!!
Been searching for an adapter kit for my Black Max trimmer that has a .3 inch shaft. This is the first listing that had locknut inner diameter shown. It claims a .315 and a .3 in the kit. Well, the pictures prove otherwise. Don't be fooled by this false advertisement! So now I'm back on the search. If you find a .3 kit let me know!

Works for Husqvarna 128LD
The media could not be loaded. Tightening the nut is incredibly difficult.**Update for 2nd day**I redid the attachment. See the photos attached. In order of assembly:1. Husqvarna flanged bearing2. Blade3. Fine toothed splined thrust washer4. No tooth washer, flipped around to make s "flying saucer" where the two concave ends face each other.5. Gold nut6. Inner a 3/16" Allen/hex key to prevent rotation, and 13/16 socket on an impact driver counterclockwise to tighten. This method never loosened. I was able to clear an entire summer's growth of weeds and vines in southeast Pennsylvania from a large property in a single afternoon. See attached video for a 6 foot tall thorn bush taken out.Edit: The following isn't the best choice, but kept from my original review:Unlike the sellers video, I retained the flanged bearing that came with the trimmer. That Husqvarna bearing went on the arbor first, followed by the blade, the black thrust washer with a fine tooth spline, then the larger of the two cups, and finally the bronze colored nut.You need to put something down through the hole at the top of the trimmer shaft to prevent rotation. The included screwdriver doesn't work great. I ended up breaking a drill bit in the process. Correctly sized Allen keys might work. Overall, trying to prevent the arbor from rotating is the worst part of this process.Make sure you keep it centered on the Husqvarna flanged bearing. During the assembly process it's easy for a blade to become off-center, which clearly wouldn't work for use.

Not For Ryobi Trimmers
I recently purchased a Ryobi straight shaft 25cc trimmer from my big box store as well as a Ryobi brush cutter blade. The store didn't have any adapters or the brush cutter extension shafts, so after watching a few videos I found out that I could use an adapter kit to install the blade to my current trimmer. This adapter kit does NOT fit the Ryobi trimmer. The lock nuts are too big, and will not accommodate the Ryobi shaft.

Work to attach blade to Milwaukee M18 2825-20ST Qwik-Lok trimmer
One of the sets has the correct screw and washers to connect a brush blade to the M18 2825-20ST Qwik-Lok trimmer. I tried 6 different sets and this is the only one that worked!
