$18 for parts every 1 pound of cheese
BAD idea for parts on a FABULOUS machine. I had a 35-year-old machine that worked perfectly destroyed in the Camp Fire in Paradise CA on November 8,2018. This slicer and it's play-do splines and cogs and are worthless! I just bought the slicer/shredder that looks like the original one I lost. It has a METAL connector like my old one did.

Horrible plastic squeaking
The product works functionally but makes a horrible squeaking sound when we use it. The product is also very tight fitting not like the original parts that came with the machine. Will order direct from Bosch next time.

Too many extra parts I only need one of the parts that come in the bag, but that isn't an option

Nylon is too soft
Love this BOSCH food processor, but in 2 years already went through 5 sets of inserts. It's keep screwing up central shaft. I wish that I can find it in metal version.
