I lost the nut to the one issued to me and got this bad boy and I’m glad I got it. Fits perfectly on your army issued helmet and the bolt is strong. I’m in the infantry so if you are looking for a good connector thingy for your NODs then this is for you big sexy 😉

this is a great product at a very fair price. the sellers were EXCELLENT - shipped promptly arrived in excellent shape and the product was EXACTLY as specified. this is a bracket and a screw - it's mil spec, well manufactured and STRONGLY BUILT. I was almost "fooled" into getting this from another distributor here - BUT - I took the time to read the reviews and CHOSE THIS SELLER over the other, cheaper "junk" and I am GLAD I DID!!! this piece isn't going to be quick to "rust, bust and collect dust".this was the missing part and my Mich ACH helmet is complete now. if you're looking for the real deal - GET IT HERE and GET IT FAST. I'm giving this product and the seller a "FIVE" only because there isn't a "SIX" available.

Being that the screw doesn't come with a nut to lock in place I had to get a lil creative, finally got the mount to stay in place, so overall I am satisfied.

I bought this to mount a GoPro on my issued MICH helmet. I was originally concerned that this might be an airsoft replica. Upon receiving it, I noticed that the metallurgy of the material was pretty solid. Mounted a GoPro on it with no problems. Installation onto the helmet was also smooth. Make sure to add some blue loctite to the screw threading for extra security.

Fit on my MICH helmet. Works to support attachments. No complaints.

The bracket is well made; however, the mounting screw was just a tad too large for the hole in the MSA ACH that I was mounting it to. One or the other is obviously out of spec. If it fit, I would have rated it a 5.

I am assembling a replica helmet as a gift. It is a labor of love to bring him joy. He will be happy and proud. He lives in another country where such things are not easiy available. Or, to put it better, the available replicas are very poor representations.I am very greatful for the availabilty of this item.
